During a 2.5 hour taster you’ll learn about the different materials that can be incorporated into mosaic, about bases and adhesives. You’ll also get to work on your own mosaic mirror using pre-cut pieces. (think candy store). Children (aged 6+) are welcome when accompanied.
This is a fun, short workshop – you don't have to be particularly interested in mosaics but simply looking for a novel experience and to take home some baubles – we'll serve mulled wine and mince pies on arrival just to get everyone in the festive spirit.
For the more serious, aspiring mosaic artist, you'll learn how to tackle 3D mosaics – about the adhesives needed, grout colour and special considerations for external mosaics.

Classes are fun and inspirational. Sessions will be led by an experienced mosaic art who will coach if required to help you to discover your route into mosaic art and will inspire with project ideas.
Create a centrepiece for your home whilst indulging in a 2 day mosaic retreat. Your coffee table design can be as individual as you – let nature, memories or a vivid imagination inspire. Bring along a coffee table base of your choice or simply adorn one of our coffee table bases.
Transform jam jars into magical lanterns using cut pieces of coloured glass. During this workshop we’ll use a 7cm x 6cm glass to ensure you complete and grout the piece within the time (the emphasis being on safety). We’ll show you how to cut glass and the tools and equipment needed. You’ll also learn about adhesives and also how to grout and polish your finished piece.
