Saturdays 10.30-12.30

Our casual/this relaxed session is great for students who want to work on specific project ideas or do their own thing. We can inspire with ideas and offer technical assistance where needed together with simple clay-making techniques. These sessions are limited to 12 students to ensure that everyone can get some advice when needed.

At the end of the class, decide which pieces will be painted and go on for further firing so we can calculate the additional costs related to adding coloured slip and glaze. Our class has a guide for these costs which range from £3 to £4 per piece. Actual painting will take place at a later painting session with the final collection of the glazed piece a month after the initial class. Pieces can only be held on our premises for a further 3 months.

Unfortunately we can not post items out but are happy in the time frame of collection to allow friends and family to collect for you.

You can use these pieces for food and drink or anything else you can think of, they are oven proof, microwavable, hand washable and dishwasher safe.
